My mate’s dad owns a bakery so to get it some PR and hopefully shift some baked goods, we made the Ho-Ho-Honut. A Christmas Donut.

A light sage infused savoury donut inspired by Christmas. Filled with sausage and onion gravy, dusted with turkey salt and a roasted potato crumb finish with smoked maple candied bacon and cranberry drizzle glaze.

Surprisingly, they sold out almost instantly with lots of press coverage which divided opinions over the Christmas treat.

(It was pretty nice).
