Tu Clothing tasked us with creating some social content to engage and celebrate working women in the UK. Research shows women are often uncomfortable talking about their personal strengths when it comes to work. So we asked women to nominate a female colleague and write them an appraisal, to be read out by the women it’s written about, for the first time on camera.
